    General Conditions

            •
            Access to property: A clear width of 3 metres is required for truck access. No low trees, powerlines, or other obstructions.
        
            •
            Do not move bins: Moving a bin may prevent collection. If a bin has to be reloaded due to movement, an additional charge will apply.
        
            •
            Payment: All hires must be paid in full before delivery.
        
            •
            Loading: Bins must not be filled above the top rail.
        
            •
            Prohibited items: No hazardous waste (e.g. asbestos, oil, chemicals, liquid paint, tyres, batteries, gas bottles, polystyrene). No soil, clay, bricks, or concrete in general bins.
