Agreement: By ordering and/or using a skip bin supplied by RBC Skip Bin Hire (“the proprietor”), the customer (“the hirer”) is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Weight Allowance: Each skip bin hire includes a weight allowance communicated at booking. Any weight exceeding this allowance incurs additional charges based on regional tip fees. The hirer authorises RBC to charge these excess fees to the original payment method once disposal is complete.

Access Requirements: Clear access of at least 3m wide and 4.1m high is required. This includes clearance from trees, power/phone lines, and buildings.

Placement of Bins: Bins cannot be placed on roadsides or footpaths without a valid council permit. The hirer is responsible for compliance and liable for costs if a bin must be moved. RBC can assist with permit enquiries if required.

Responsibility for Waste: The hirer is responsible for all materials placed in the bin, including those by third parties.

Delivery & Collection: May occur anytime between 6:00am and 6:00pm on scheduled days.

Loading: Bins must not be filled above the rim. Content must be safe for transport. Maximum load weight is 4.0 tonnes.

Prohibited Materials: NO tyres, TVs, monitors, fridges, microwaves, polystyrene, asbestos, dead animals, hazardous/flammable materials, batteries, gas bottles, or liquids.

Cleanfill Bins: Strictly limited to concrete, rocks, bricks, asphalt, clay, sand, dirt, and ceramic tiles. Mixed waste charges apply if contaminated.

Charges: The hirer agrees to pay the hire fee (prior to delivery), excess weight charges, extended hire fees, relocation costs for unpermitted placement, and any legal/debt recovery costs.

Liability & Indemnity: The hirer indemnifies RBC against any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use, placement, or misuse of a skip bin.

Unrecovered Fees: If excess weight charges cannot be collected retrospectively, RBC reserves the right to require upfront payment for future hires.

Recyclable Materials: If recyclables are contaminated or market conditions limit processing, material may be sent to landfill. The hirer is liable for any resulting additional disposal charges.
